I am assuming other owners had some lineup options this week after they picked up Balentien. In the SUPER I had a choice of Balentien, Milledge, or Drew. I started Balentien and Milledge. What did others do?

Thanks and have a nice day.

I just wished that I could have held onto Balentien. He was the real pick-up on Sunday.

I had drafted him in most leagues but ended up having to drop him because he wasn't getting any press for getting called up and my teams all needed help. I thought that it would be a little later in the season and I would have a chance to get him back for a small price.

When he got called up and blasted that shot, I knew I was out of luck.

Kudos to everyone that picked him up

I paid good money for him so he was in the line-up.

I was lucky enough to draft him in the 27th in the Super and was able to keep him. I drafted B. Wood in the 29th but let him go early on.

I couldnt bring myself to bid much on Balentien. He'll hit some out, but his BA will probably be a struggle this year, and playing in SEA won't help his power. He's also batting low in the order in a mediocre lineup.

Would you guys have started him over Drew this week?

It's painful to run Drew out there week after week. Believe me. But, as long as he's actually playing 5 days a week, it's hard to sit him.

I would have played Drew and Balentien.

Craze,

Be glad you had three acceptable options. Each one has strong positives on their behalf as well as potential downsides. I would have gone with Milledge (playing every day) and Balentien (looks like Seattle is going to give him a real shot), but mainly because Drew is more the injury concern and not playing every day. Even so, Drew, in the end, will have equal or better counting stats as long as his 2008 injury is not serious.

There is no bad answer.

missed out on max and clement, but got wald,,i was weak in the outfield so ran him out there. sure was a nice start,,,hope he can keep it up, don't expect a super star but some dingers and a few sb's would help
