What really annoys me...

This jerk Hawpe sucks up my roster all year then comes back a few days before I can activate him and hits 2 hrs including a grandslam...nonsense
Sometimes I'm good and sometimes I'm bad....but I always try real hard.

Baseball is a slow, boring, complex, cerebral game that doesn't lend itself to histrionics. You 'take in' a baseball game, something odd to say about a football or basketball game, with the clock running and the bodies flying.

That is annoying! I have a different one that seems to ALWAYS happen AFTER something else happens...



I'm watching Bedard pitch, throws strike 3 to Pedroia...Pedroia, knows it, Red Sox announcer knows it - even says Pedroia knows it...in fact everyone knows it, but the home plate ump...after 4 fouls later, ball 4, bases loaded, Drew gets plunked in the hand and run comes in...



Sure, Bedard could have gotten him out and it's no excuse for walking and hit batter, but every time a 3rd strike call is missed, it leads to at least 1 run...

Funny how much more authentic the emotions at the plate mugging Ellis looked compared to many high dollar payroll teams.
