It'll be interesting if the Nats are on the fence about where he pitches during our first draft and announce before the second.

Headhunters takes Adrian Beltre.

I dont know, assuming that he is pitching well enough for consideration, what are the future control implications. Also how many innings are they comfortable with him pitching.

John Lannan

Liván Hernández

Craig Stammen

Jordan Zimmermann

Garrett Mock

J.D. Martin

Shairon Martis

Ross Detwiler

Scott Olsen

Collin Balester

Horacio Ramírez

Marco Estrada

Bleeech, though Zimmermann looked pretty good up until the point he met Mr. Tommy John! They may not want to rush him, but who else is gonna pitch?

Nats do not seem like the "babying" sort of organization. I also agree that they lack in the SP department (like saying Steve Phillips lacks in the marital fidelity department). But fantasywise Stras has more risk then Id want in top half of draft. All pitchers have risks of 1)injury 2)ineffectiveness. Strasburg has that plus risks of whether Wash wants to start clock on him, what his IP limitations will be. I wrote the same things about Joba last winter.
