Since Schwks threw him back out there, I'll take the average bump and grab:

C'mon, we need some chatter with these picks. Otherwise, they're just picks. ;)

absolutely greg. hamilton is probably the best value pick so far IF he can stay somewhat healthy.

bourn to me is the biggest question mark so far. but 60 sb's is 60 sb's i guess.

Both Hamilton and Sizemore will be picked higher come game time 2010.

However, there are plenty of scenarios were some Hamilton off-season transgressions could lead to him falling to 44.

I would also agree that this is the highest we'll see Bourn. I am not sure Wily Taveras felt that sort of love after his 2008?

I feel Bourns lack of power - 3 HR and 35 RBI even with 60+ steals is too big of a negative for ME to take in the first 50 picks.

Also as a 2009 owner of Carlos Lee (22nd pick) those 65 runs he produced without many steals makes him more of a fourth round pick.

I think all the SP taken so far were taken too early. Even Lincecum, who I took. :D

However, as usual in a snake draft if you want a player you need to get them as they won't make it back to you. Except maybe Beltran to 4.2 ;)

Hmmm....testing the waters on Bourn. Good BA, good Runs, may lead the league in SB. Classic Podsednik-type. The analogy to Wily is good.

Could wait a few rounds for a Morgan or Figgins type, but same power weakness with 20+ less SB.
