Post by Barndogs8 » Thu Feb 08, 2007 7:05 am

Greg, Thank you for the warm welcome. I'm looking forward to playing this year, thanks for giving me that opportunity. On the March 8th the 2nd winner take all league, it should read Chicago Ridge not Chicago Heights - just so you have my address correct. Ok well thanks and good luck to everyone as the season approaches! God Bless! Matt

We just filled up the March 28th $100 winner-take-all league and won't start another one that day as we already have four leagues going on that date. I'll take that link off the signup page soon. Thanks everyone.

One spot left in the March 6th $1,000 Satellite League. Welcome aboard Russel Wyatt of Oswego, Illinois. You are owner No. 14 for that league.

We now have 15 full satellite leagues as we just filled up the March 27th $250 Satellite League. Welcome aboard Bruce Dahl of Lockport, Illinois, a first time NFBC member who was the 15th owner in that league.

We'll keep that date open for a second $250 league since we have so much time before then. Feel free to sign up for that date if you're still interested.

2007 NFBC Satellite League Signup List, Part 2

I am a newbie to the NFBC and am only doing a Satellite draft this year due to my friend's daughter's wedding on March 17th. The question I have involves the KDS settings. I received an e-mail from Tom K. today stating that my Satellite league was full and that we had until March 1st to prepare our KDS settings. However, in the 2007 rules for the Satellite leagues, it mentions that the KDS will be used only for the main event and the Ultimate leagues. Am I reading the rules wrong? Do the KDS settings also apply to the Satellite leagues? Thanks for any help you can give.

Last year the sat's did not use kds. This year they will. Just set your preferances to whatever you want. They picks teams 1 at a time "out of a hat". The first 1 gets whatever he wants according to his kds preferances. The second gets whatever he wants except for what the first guy got and so on. I think you'll like this better. You may get exactly what you want and you'll be able to prepare for your draft in advance knowing where you'll pick.

We will add another $100 winner-take-all league on Tuesday, March 27th to the signup list tomorrow. That one will start at 7 p.m. EST. We seem to have run out of many $100 options at a time when I'm promoting the hell out of $100 winner-take-all leagues. Sorry.

Anyway, if you want a spot in that one feel free to post here or e-mail us at [email protected] and we'll get you signed up. Or just wait another day and we should have that link there.

We don't want to do more than four drafts on any particular night, so we're running low on options going forward. If you want a certain satellite league on a certain date, feel free to let us know and we'll see if we can accommodate the schedule. Right now it looks like the dance cards for Greg and Tom are full throughout March!!!

All current signups for the satellite leagues are listed on the first page of this thread. Sorry that so many are filled already, but there are still a few $100 winner-take-all leagues available.

We've now closed the second $250 Auction League on Monday, March 5th. We won't offer any more satellite auction leagues this offseason. Good luck everyone and please try to practice on the site once we get you all set up. Thanks.
