How Do You Like Your Draft?

I haven't kept up here. Sorry 'bout that. This 'Well Paced Draft' is like a book. It's too good to put down.
Along those same lines....I admire that there are four hour drafts and other ideas for drafts, but they're all missing one componant.
And that element is the like minds of all 15 drafters.
In our case, speaking for the 'Well Paced' crowd. We don't like slow guys in our fast lane.
These slow guys have taken enough abuse. Let them be in a draft without us.
Instead of the clock being different, it should just be advertised as a fast, medium, or slow draft with an 8 hour clock for sleep.
Let the 'slows' have their own island. They can move at their own pace. The 8 hours is all theirs and they don't mind waiting. For them, afterall, it REALLY IS a slow draft.
The 'Mediums' would be the guys who don't always have contact or maybe they know their job or personal life will effect others drafts, and they may not always 'be there'. But other than that, they'll draft in a timely manner.
The 'Fasts' would be like the guys in the 'Well Paced Draft'. They like their drafts like some like their women, fast and/or loose. They want texted when it's their turn. Or they're around a smart phone or computer most of the day. Almost always picking within a half hour. Sleep is the only thing that really matters for most.
Sure, things come up from time to time, real life happens. But it is told to everybody else so that they're not wasting others time.
This is where the slow, slow draft has an advantage. Nothing has to be written on the message Boards because those eight hours are all yours baby. You don't need any reasons or excuses. Think about that pick.
Like said, I like the ideas of clock management. It shows that the masses really would like a tidier draft, whether it be fast slow, medium slow, or slow slow.
But, I do not think it is particularly good to have a 4 hour clock during sleep hours. It could turn out to be a tough nut.
Like minds would seem to work better than a shorter clock.
Just my take.
