He's a 'tweener' where most are. He has damned good taste though!

Dak - if I'm the anonymous in your league, the only thing u need to worry about is your event fee money being deposited in my checking account

Not sure what u are talking about. I'm saying u are scared of drafting against an anonymous owner. I've seen your scare tactics on various threads

As for sept callups...Jose Fernandez wasn't even supposed to sniff the majors last year. So much for not having value in 2013

I'll put my money on Mark to cash in any Draft Championship League. He will get 2nd place if I'm in the league. LOL

Mark has never won a league I was in. This leads me to think of several things....

He copies my picks to use in other leagues in order to win those leagues, while I'm winning mine.
Mark and I take each others players leaving us without the guns for a first place team.
Mark is intimidated by my picks.
Mark can't stop laughing at my picks.
Or, I am his kryptonite.

Or, it could be a blend of all five.
I agree with Rob though, Mark has become a child abusing drafter.
I also agree with Roy that Mark is bet-worthy.

Dough - I have slowed down a bit on drafting most minor leaguers so damn early!!! What was I thinking??LOL

I've only done a couple of drafts so far (waiting on a go/nogo for the cutline). I'll have to be more patient in phase 2 of my DC signups

put me in any league with Doughy and the Gekko ,the back and forth banter between the 2 of them and the knowledge I will gain is worth the price of admission.

Dan - I have to say he has turned it around since the long weekend off abuse to the rest of the league. I can understand a young man having a long weekend of something more exciting then our game. I might even remember a time like that. Please remove Corey from the list. I am sorry that I overreacted to his weekend that dragged for the rest of his league mates.

sorry that I have to add a name (and perhaps circumstance) to the avoid list

There are plenty of legitimate reasons why a person can't make a pick right away and as discussed before just the politeness of letting people in your league know your upcoming availability or lack of cures a lot of irritation...... BUT you would think that a person on the end would make their second pick very quickly after the first even if delayed some time for the first pick. So a guy who makes the last pick of one round shouldn't be two hours or more from making the first pick of the next round but Donn Johnson has done that several times.

I can understand that someone might have problems in the workplace but if you can't make both picks once you can make the first then maybe one should avoid these drafts and not turn them from slow to sloooooooooooooooow

I have come across this in the past, typically the guy on the end has a partner and they make every other pick, this is a nightmare because you now are in a draft with 16 owners. Nothing wrong with co-owners, but you'd think it would expedite the process, not slow it down.

The other which may or may not happen with a co-owner is the use of auto-one. If the corner goes on auto one then it could appear that he has made one pick and then disappeared. Auto one should not be considered when you are drafting from the 1 or 15 spot. You can either go on (regular) auto or wait until your turn to make your picks.

Yeah Joe the partner issue may come into play but you would think they could co-ordinate better, alternate taking pairs or calling and deciding before the first pick

In this case they are NOT auto predrafted first picks (you can easily see that)
