I have to admit that some of these are a little dorky. This is going to be a name game. The answer will always be a current Major League player. I'll use initials, or a crossword clue, or some other dorky clue to give a hint as to which player is talked about.
Most of these would be easy to look up. But try to give it a go using your own Spidey senses. It'll be more fun...
Here goes....

1. His nickname should be MC Hammer

2. S.S.C.

3. C.C.S.

4. Another nickname making it too easy, but I like it so...StarMar

5. Weatherman

6. R.A.D.

7. Most likely, this 3B is grateful he does not have R.A.D.'s last name

8. Joe Dan

9. When this 2B faces this pitcher, it reminds one of an Andy Griffith Show character...

10. A mini body of water

11. D.P.- Ironic for a 2B

12. First name has three letters. Second name has five letters. And both of these players seemingly need one more letter to finish their first names....

13. Kansas University? Nope, another K.U.

14. This former Twins pitcher would be a cool first name for the current Twins 3B.

15. M.M.- Upside NL pitcher

16. M.M.- Upside AL pitcher

17. P.F. (Non Flyer)

18. Three D.M.'s...Mostly because they have the same last name...

19. If only using the first initial of his first name, his last name would be the same as his first...

20. Gay Marriage Name...The Rangers shortstop marries, and takes the name of a Twins outfielder

I must have made these too hard or too easy....

Too hard to me. I could answer a few with little thought, but the embarrassment would be of how many I couldn't answer.

But riddles and games like this aren't my cup of tea. Although I do enjoy seeing the answers with the clues.
