Juicy Splits

Here are some splits that they may surprise a bit.
Split:
Some put a plus sign next to Anthony Rizzo's name since he hits at Wrigley...
Anthony Rizzo had almost twice as many homers (20) on the road, then at home (11)
He also had almost twice as many rbi (67) on the road, then at home (34)
Yet, at home he walked more (45) then on the road (33)
Split:
Here's a player you should NEVER draft if liking home field advantage...
Brandon Belt has never hit more than six homers in a season at AT&T
The ball park kicks his ass.
In his five years of pro ball, Belt has 20 homers at AT&T
On the road, 43 homers.
Split:
He'll never be a platoon player...
Nolan Arenado had five homers in 135 at bats vs. lefties.
One homer per 27 at bats.
Against righties, he hit 37 homers in 481 at bats.
One homer per 13 at bats.
More surprisingly, Arenado is not a pure Coors hitter.
He had 20 homers at Coors, 22 on the road.
Split:
Sometimes Coors doesn't matter...
Although Arenado only had five homers vs. lefties, that still accounted for 20 % of the Rockies output.
The Rox only hit 25 homers vs. lefties last year.
Second to last (Chicago White Sox) in the Majors.
Split:
Mike Trout, meet Jon Lester.....
Mike Trout only attempted 18 stolen bases this year.
He ran 17 times against righties. Only once vs. lefties. And was caught.
The most Trout has ever run vs. lefties is 10 times in one season.
Split:
Home is where the heart is, Road is where the hits are...
Yoenis Cespedes at home... no matter where 'home' was this year...257/36/10/32/3
Yoenis Cespedes doing his best road warrior routine...................320/65/25/73/4
That, that is a wow...
