Ever Notice That....

Some things about Spring Training, RotoWorld, etc....
Ever notice that......
When a pitcher of status gives up runs in Spring Training, he is 'just getting his work in'.
When a pitcher without that same status gives up runs, it is 'concerning'
There are seven 'lights' behind the slow drafter who has been on the clock forever...
RotoWorld lauds the one player that you think most highly of...seemingly every day...SHUDDUP ROTOWORLD!
You enter the Draft Championship with the slowest drafter in the world
Your auction has the one fella that'll go the extra dollar on 'your' players
One pick away, you're torn between two players and you want the drafter ahead of you to pick one, making the choice easier for you...and he doesn't
One pick away, you really want one player badly. You hope the drafter ahead of you does not select him...and he does
You want everybody else to hurry, but you want to take a little time
Brandon Belt is touted every year by Rotoworld
Belt has never hit 20 homers, never hit .300, never scored 80 runs, and went over 80 rbi for the first time last year...
ATT&T depresses everybody's stats unless you're the best hitter who ever lived on PED's...
This could be the end of the road and curtains for Billy Butler, Pedro Alvarez, Angel Pagan, Coco Crisp, Marlon Byrd, Doug Fister, Colby Lewis, Jeff Francoeur, Ryan Howard, Sam Fuld, Edwin Jackson, Kelly Johnson, Tim Lincecum, Justin Morneau, Dioneer Navarro, Jarrod Parker, Jake Peavy, Jonathon Papelbon, AJ Pierzynski, Alexi Ramirez, Nolan Reimold, Chien-Ming Wang, Jordan Walden, Alfredo Simon, and CJ Wilson all looking for a contract....
Most of the offensive players on that list are very bad, defensively...
And for those that have read this post, a little story...
John Glenn, a true American hero (are there any left?) died recently.
Glenn does have a tie with baseball.
He flew missions in Korea with Ted Williams as his wing man in over half his flights.
What a pair!
Glenn, of course, the more experienced pilot, saved Williams life on one occasion.
On one mission over Korea, Williams took anti-aircraft fire. His wing caught fire.
Glenn flew close to Williams and pointed northward, directing Williams to fly upward with less oxygen, extinguishing the fire.
Williams flew safely back to the base.
The best on base percentage he ever had....
