MLBC.2 - FAAB Bidding

As a stalker on both the message boards and the chat room, I found this FAAB bidding process extremely interesting. Too bad we weren't able to include this component in MLBC-1. Next year.

i spent alot of my FAAB money but we added what we think was some real quality players. They gotta stay healthy tho because we evaporated our flexibility:)

Glenn Next year, let's vote and do it in the chat next week before the Super bowl!
