My group has the 14 pick. I hope everyone in the league makes a post so I can at least see what your chat names are.

Also, we should post team names assuming we all plan to create some type of spreadsheet to track the draft.

we (Yoni Bornstein & Sammy Zahler) have the #4 pick. we don't have a team name yet we will probably call ourselves the vlad's because we are praying that he will be there at #4. but officially we do not have a team name as of now.

Looking forward to meeting everyone in this league and hoping for a great season.

We (Scott & Jeff) are drafting in the interesting #15 spot. We will make our 2 picks every 25 minutes and sit back and relax for a while. I hope you guys leave us some decent players when we pick. Good luck and see you in a few days.

Great draft boys, it was a lot of fun. PE Inc. (#4 draft pick) wants to wish everyone goodluck.

Can't wait for the season to start.

If the draft is any indication of the skilled owners in this league, this season should be a long and tough battle. Good luck to everyone and I hope that someone from our league pulls off the big prize.

A suggestion to all owners.

At least right now, several players are incorrectly eligible at certain positions. They have corrected Fullmer but not Mora. I bet there are others. It would be prudent to set your lineups with the correct position eligibility now. Eventually STATS and Greg will get all these errors corrected and it would be unfortunate if anyone had an illegal lineup caused by STATS not having the proper NFBC eligibility standards in place. The rules say you get no statistics if you have an illegal lineup and that would be a tough punishment for a clerical error.

Enough said here on that subject.

Unlike many other leagues, I didn't notice any odd draft strategies except for possibly the team without a closer. I will probably re-live the draft next week after my 3 on-line drafts this weekend but I felt players pretty much went when they should with the noteable exception that speed was drafted earlier in almost every case.
