Or is it FukuGagne. Looks like a closer implosion going on in Wrigley. Kerry Wood an Gagne both getting hammered. Looks like Gagne forgot his HGH shot today! Going to be a long year for Gagne and Wood (Wood due to injuries)! Nice start for Fukudome!

Gagne couldnt do it for the Sox last year either. His mental confidence is gone.

Wood gave up a HPB to a leaning-over-the-plate Weeks, a weak blooper and an excuse me triple to Hart who was fortunate on a late swing. Wood had good velocty and movement, didn't look bad in spite of the outcome.

Gagne did look that bad, though. A couple more such outings and he'll be a middle reliever.
Yeah my only knock on Wood is I don't expect him to remain healthy very long, no knock on his skills. Gagne on the other hand is terrible and has never been any good, except the performance enhanced years. Unless he finds a way to get back on the juice, it's going to be "game over" for his career.

"A Tale of Two FUKU's"

One is batting 1.000, slugging a HR and 3 RBI.

The other has a 81.00 ERA managing only a single out.

The End.

Gagne looked liked he arrived at the park straight from a 24 hour bender at the clubs on Rush & Division. And what the F was up with his uniform? Looked like he borrowed his cousin "Subway" Jared's old clothes. The teeny skaters in my neighborhood don't even wear clothes that baggy.

He kept waiving air into his face as well...like a girl about to faint.

I don't recall that being a habit of his.
Lance, you should be doing an Andy Rooney-type segment on Sportscenter each night. You open with your Gagne's like a girl comment, they show the clip, then back to you for more biting remarks, then maybe a clip of a bridesmaid fanning herself in the same way, then back to you for some more. Really, I want to see this ... can someone make it happen? :D

Prince Fielders uniform was even more baggier than Gagne. He looked like a fat softball player. He then butchered the play at first and looked horrible diving for a foul ball.
Today...I was considering purchasing the MLB league pass with Strikezone channel while watching its week-long free trial, and wanted to see what the "off" days were like. (with no SZC)

Yesterday...with a full slate of games...it was pretty awesome WITH the SZC...zero ommercials. (Although every day suddenly becoming almost like a "football Sunday" with me planted in front of the TV for 6 hours straight could strain my relationship with my wife.) ;)

I could handle the infomercial length commercial with Edison and Ford and Firestone repeated over and over.

I could handle turning it to the Giants game and seeing it was blacked out. (At least I could still see it in the game mix channel.)

I could also handle turning it to the A's game and seeing that game TOO was blacked out.

I was still pretty much leaning toward purchasing...when I noticed (for what...the 12th time in 3 hours on multiple channels  ) that same informercial with the Hollywood gay-bar pimping some crap that thickens hair for what looked like only guys that are beyond the dating stage.

No sale MLB.

No sale.
