I saw in another post that Willingham qualifies as Catcher in the NFBC.
Why is that? It appears he only played 8 games at catcher in 05.

The catcher field was a little thin this year so Greg and Tom decided to add a Josh!!

Just an FYI: In our April issue of Fantasy Sports Magazine we did not have Josh Willingham listed and thus his eligibility for 2006 was questioned by some NFBC owners. We are giving him eligibility at catcher to start the NFBC season as he played 8 games at catcher and 1 in the outfield during his 16 game callup. He will be ranked in our May Fantasy Sports Magazine issue and in the NFBC eligibility lists at catcher.
Good luck everyone.

Why is that? It appears he only played 8 games at catcher in 05. The September callups do not have to play 20 games at a position to qualify since many of them weren't even active for 20 games. Late season pickups then qualify at the position they played the most games at, which in Willingham's case was catcher. It's no different than what we're doing for guys like Hermida (outfield) and a few others.

I wasn't here the first year, Greg, what did you do to Moderator members 1,2, and 3?

I posted that Willingham was catcher qualified. I did that because he was listed under "Catchers" in www.fantasysportsmag.com and both Tom and Greg said that the site was the "bible" for position eligibility.
