There Is Still Time To Get In An NFBC League

Okay, I'll answer all of the fence sitters here rather than e-mail each directly (well, actually, I did that too). I received four e-mails this morning from guys wondering if it's too late to get in and apologizing for waiting so long. First of all, no apology necessary as I realize everyone is busy. And secondly, we are trying our best to fill a 13th league and will do whatever we can to get that done. It's Sunday, so the company isn't processing credit cards today anyway. If you want us to reserve a spot for you and don't want to put $1,250 on your credit card today with the chance that we won't have a full 13th league, then just call me at 715-445-4612, ext. 284 or e-mail me at [email protected] or [email protected] and I'll keep your name on the list. It's not too late to join, trust me, and I'll even tell you that personally and keep your name on the list of late-comers. Thanks.

If you're sitting on the fence, then do the math, guys. If we end up with 210 players, then you have a 52 1/2 to 1 shot of winning one of the top 4 prizes totaling $125K and that's not including the league prizes. If you think you know more about baseball than half the people who are in the league, then you have roughly a 26-1 shot of one of the top 4 prizes, which includes that 100K grand prize. You will be hard pressed to get odds like this anywhere else. It's a basically a no brainer for anyone who is a fantasy baseball fan. All of that and then the incredible customer service we get from Greg and his partners, make this an easy choice.

AMEN cellar, nice post. i really love those odds!!! or you could sit home all summer and play the lottery. i will take the odds in my favor and enjoy this inaugural season with nfbc. cmon fencers pony up!!!!!! RT

Okay, the deadline clock has been eliminated and now the clock has changed to show how many days, hours and minutes there is to the multi-city draft. I thank everyone who inquired about competing today and I thank all of our NFBC guys for pushing the promotional buttons.

At this point, we have 12 full leagues and we'll stick with 12 full leagues. We will pick the draft orders tomorrow morning and hopefully announce all of the leagues and orders by noon tomorrow. Your odds of winning the $100,000 grand prize are 1:180 as it looks like we'll finish with 180 NFBC teams and 37 Auction League teams. Thanks to everyone who supported us and I guarantee your odds of winning will never be better in the NFBC as next year's tournament is sure to grow.

I apologize for being out of touch this afternoon, but sometimes unplanned events occur. I still need to check all of my voice messages tomorrow, but I feel confident in saying that our signing deadline has passed. Let the games begin!!!
