How do we get our placeholder pick on our team?
I drafted Kevin Kouzmanoff as my placeholder pick and it still shows on my team as placeholder. How do I get Kevin Kouzmanoff on my team?

Still showing a placeholder on one of my DCs as well....the 12 Dec DC. My Placeholder is SP Raicel Iglesias
People ask me what I do in winter when there's no baseball. I'll tell you what I do. I stare out the window and wait for spring.

Hey, this could be a new strategy employed in DC leagues.
1. Draft a placeholder
2. Never reach out to anyone and say who the pick is
3. As season plays out, when a player gets called up for meaningful playing time and is not on anyone's roster, announce (at that time) that player was supposed to be your placeholder pick
4. Reap the rewards
Who can dispute he wasn't your pick?
I hope there aren't any other placeholder picks still on people's rosters...

Could be almost as controversial as Padilla-gate!!!Gekko wrote:Hey, this could be a new strategy employed in DC leagues.

I still have one which I've emailed in about 4 times, no doubt there are numerous others.

The HTML version of the chat room has the complete transcript of the draft chat for the entire draft.
Right click on a blank area within the draft room and choose View Source from the menu that comes up.
In the resulting window you can search the team name using Ctrl-F and then check each post they made in the chat. Placeholder can be confirmed there.

Just email me and I'll correct it. I have no idea who you're emailing the request in to.KJ Duke wrote:I still have one which I've emailed in about 4 times, no doubt there are numerous others.
If there are numerous others, they haven't emailed me.
Gekko is perfect at the conspiracy theories. Bottom line is that many of these players weren't in the system at the time of the DC drafts for obvious reasons (like they were unsigned from Cuba). Just email who you drafted to me if we haven't already replaced the Placeholder and we'll get it done. Simple as that.

A Diaz, lge 2506. I've emailed you and Tom several times since the draft on this one, Greg ... so far he's slipped thru the cracks ... not sure it's gonna matter though, he might be a 2015 guy.Greg Ambrosius wrote:Just email me and I'll correct it.
