We all me included like to moan about the guys they were taking the next pick who got taken in the same round right before you hello Mr Kinsler meet Mr Upton.

What about the guys who you really liked a lot in the main event who so far at least it was a great thing that someone else snagged him from you.

My list Kendrick, B Myers, Anthony Reyes, Anibal Sanchez, and Ramon Hernandez.

Anyone else?

I was all ready to grab Adam LaRoche at 8.1, but someone snagged him right before me. So I panicked and went with the next 1B on my board, Adrian Gonzalez. So far, so good.

Y'know Chest, I like your glass is half full attitude! While it's of course much to early to tell about some of these guys, I'm pretty happy at this point that Chris Burke, Ryan Shealy, and Kouzmanoff went before I could take them!

I can easily think of several, for example in the $1250 NY Mixed auction, I went back and forth with over Felix before giving up at $21

Kendrick was a funny story. I am in NY Mixed 1 and both King of Queens and RT and I all heard Kendrick's name. We were shocked when 2 rounds later he was taken. Turns out our entire end of the table overheard the wrong table.

When I look back at my main event draft, the one true drafting mistake I made was taking Prior in the 19th instead of Maine. I had Maine last year and loved him. I totally F'd up. I am happy with all my other picks, who knew that so many would get hurt. You can't control that, but you can control picking people you like and for some god awful reason, the wrong name came out of my mouth
