Outfielders Rankings and Dollar Values
A couple things i noticed justat a quick glance.
Kemp at number 17th outfielder he is actually going in the top ten.The one that is way off according to the drafts is Swisher ,he is just way too high.He should be dropped about 20 spots.
Cuddyer is another going double digit money in the auction, with DelmonYoung,Span,Gomez, and Kubel at bats could be tough to get.If im right on Cuddyer he should be no more than 5.
Just my opinion .

I would be suprised to see Span platoon .The dude scored 66 runs in the 2nd half and is a player on the rise.

Baseball is a slow, boring, complex, cerebral game that doesn't lend itself to histrionics. You 'take in' a baseball game, something odd to say about a football or basketball game, with the clock running and the bodies flying.

that dude has heart! According to the Diamondbacks, he doesn't have a starting job for 2009.

Good comments Eddie. Kemp went 15th in the magazine draft and I saw him going 16th, 17th in a couple of other industry drafts, but you are correct that NFBC owners are not letting him slip so far. In the two drafts you were in, he went 10th and he seems to be going 10-12 in the other Slow Drafts now. We'll bump him up for the second issue as it's obvious that he's no longer slipping into the third round.
The Twins' outfield will be figured out before spring training. It sure sounds like Span and Gomez are guaranteed fulltime jobs and that Delmon Young will need a trade to reach his value. I have a feeling that will happen as Young still has some trade value and the Twins are very good at making deals that work for both teams. I hope it happens as I have Young in a keeper league and won't get any value if he's getting only 300 at-bats this year. I agree with your post on another thread that Span is the speedster who gets on base and scores runs for the Twins and they'll make sure he's in the lineup this year.

Regarding Swisher: MDC doesn't have him in one of the OF positions. They have Gardner and Cabrera in CF, Damon, and Nady. Not to mention Matsui.
