10 categories...300 teams.
I would think if you are top team in steals...you'd get 300 pts. Bottom team in HR...1 point.
That's what I am lead to believe.

The overall scoring is like competing in one 300-team 5x5 Rotisserie league. Each category is worth 300 points. So in other words your total home runs in your NFBC league are put into the overall HR category and weighted 1 through 300. If you have the most home runs in the entire competition, you get 300 points. If you have the fewest home runs in the entire competition, you get 1 point. You do that for all 10 categories and get your point total. You move up and down all year based on your production and the team with the most overall points at the end of the season wins the $100,000 grand prize.
The most available points is 3,000 (10 categories x 300 points available in each category). Right now our leader has 2,445 points, or 81.5%. That's pretty damn good.
I hope this helps.

As far as a strategy goes, there really isn't one except that you realistically cannot dump any categories and end up in the top 8 - the money spots.
A simple rule would be to win your league and then make sacrifices to the fantasy gods. Last year with 13 leagues, the top 7 overall finishers were also league champions. Only one league runnerup was a top 8 overall finisher. That team actually beat out his league champion (I know beause they were in my league). With 20 leagues, I find it very unlikely that any non-champions would break thru but it could happen.
