The comment about Becketts curve being among the top three is interesting. Is it because of his fastball setting it up or are you talking just the curveball itself?

Who are the other two pitchers?

[/QUOTE]Judging by those three names, they're including the fastball to set it up. Halladay, Rich Hill (when controlled), and Greinke come to my mind for the curve itself.

[/QUOTE]I didn't say I wanted him. The question was who was going to get the first crack. The CW is that Lyon was brought in to close. All we know for sure is that they don't want to use a committee.

I have learned a lot in the last few seasons playing in NFBC and am not too stubbon to stick with strategies that have not worked in the past. I have also learned my draft flaws and free agent flaws and I know I can fix them.

Like Brian said in this thread, CreativeSports.com has a weekly NFBC summary column during the season, so make sure you check that out each week. These guys look at the free agent pickups and draft trends, etc. in the NFBC, and write about them each week.

I should have our next live chat guests lined up by tomorrow. I think Ask Mr. Rotoman, Peter Kreutzer, is going to join us next week maybe on Tuesday afternoon. With any luck, we'll add Alex Patton to the discussion. That's not a guarantee yet as those guys are checking their schedules now, but Peter said he'd definitely try to fit this in.
