just a reminder zito's era/whip should go down and his K's should go up simply because of the move to the NL. zito is a strong target on draft day, esp given his adp.

I concur nothing not to like about that guy. Bonds will catch everything in left, and Benitez is automatic locking up those wins too.

Speaking of Bonds in left, was Todd Linden really a good prospect? Avg? Nothing? Couldn't get a good beat on him. Thought he was better than avg looking at least hitting wise, defense, didn't see enough to get a good idea.

They talk about Garth Brooks a few years ago taking a chance away from some prospect...what about Bonds? What will we hear next? "My hair growing back must have something to do with that cream Vizquel gave me to rub on my head." (Ok, bad joke...us balding folks can laugh...a little...

But I won't miss many opportunities to chime in and bash this azzhole whenever I can...

Thanks for the forum Gekko and Chest, even though it wasn't meant to be for that...

Zito 14 or 15 wins. ERA around 3.35-3.50. Whip 1.28-1.30 K's 140-155. (Just my thoughts!)

The trade worked out great because Leskanic became the closer of the Brewers later that year, but the outfielder...

I had a choice of Lance Berkman and Todd Linden and...

I chose Linden

He was VERY highly regarded several years ago, but obviously didn't amount to very much.

As for Berkman, well, it turns out he's better than Linden :D
