Milton Bradley

Milton Bradley was just designated for assignment. As my friend Cologero from "A Bronx Tale", would say, "The saddest thing in life is wasted talent."

After the post-season this guy had, and the fact he was in a contract year, and could contribute in 5 categories, this one surprises me. What a disappointment.

Any guesses where he winds up? Ricky Vaughn speculates the Californian Penal League.
"Everyone is born right-handed, only the greatest overcome it."

The Nationals are always looking for somewhat warm body-- plus they have a warm six-pack leftover from the Detroit series ( it was cold, but the Nats gave up too many runs and each game took 4+ hrs to play so the ice melted and the beer skunked--just like the Nats)

For anyone that grabbed Jack Cust last week for his 2nd revival, this is the second dose of good news (Piazza's delayed rehab being the other). C'mon Cust, we know you have it in you to have another 6 HR week...

Also good news for Dan Johnson and the A's remaining 15 outfielders.
