The 2005 NFBC season ended less than 24 hours ago and already we have signups for the 2006 event. Let's welcome each and every signup on this thread and keep posting them until every single spot in every single event is filled. Let's get to it.
Our first official signup of 2006 is Kenneth Magner of Freehold, New Jersey, who probably would sign up for the 2007 NFBC event today if I allowed him. Ken was our second signup of our debut event and he has participated in just about everything we've offered during the past two years. He made enough money from the 2005 NFBC to finance his 2006 signups, but I trust he'd return even if all hadn't gone well. Anway, let's make it official as Ken is returning to Las Vegas on Saturday, March 18th for the NFBC's main event and he's our first official signup ever for the $1,250 NFBC Mixed Auction League on Friday, March 17th. He will also team up with Lindy Hinkelman for the NFBC Ultimate Auction League. Should be fun.
Ken is a veteran of the Mixed Auction Leagues as his Asackofpotatoes team finished second in the Las Vegas Mixed Auction League this year with 104 points and his Sack and Beav team finished second in the Ultimate Auction League (mixed) with 112 points, a nice $15,000 payday in that one alone. His Kenmaur Square team finished sixth in the Las Vegas League 4 main event with 94 points and was 107th overall. Great job Ken and best of luck in 2006 in the hunt for the $100,000 grand prize, the $5,000 league prize, the $40,000 Ultimate League prize and the $8,500 Mixed Auction League prize.
