Gil Meche is not and will not be a Stud SP. He's good - but I would think you have to be a Top 20 SP to even have the word Stud attached to your name - Meche doesn't even crack my Top 40.

Meche is a fine pitcher, if he was on a team that could give him decent run support he'd win 15 easy.
