Matt Kemp

I was asking before the main event draft why Matt Kemp was being drafted in the rounds 4-6 and I am still wondering why he went so high. Will he end up getting close to earning that draft position?

He went in the 5th-6th round because he has a combination of power, speed and BA potential that could make him a 1st-2nd rounder. He flashed that potential last season, and appeared ready to deliver.

One would assume that a player with his talent would get full playing time sooner rather than later. So far, the Dodger organization seems to have their head stuck in the sand. Hopefully they will pull it out soon.
