Well now not only Bonds was a target.

Seeing how Tejada has been dropping in drafts I wonder if those who do have faith in him will drop him down a round or two now.

HE ASSOCIATED PRESS The Associated Press – 12 mins ago

WASHINGTON - All-star shortstop Miguel Tejada has been charged with lying to Congress about steroids.

Tejada is scheduled to appear in court Wednesday where he is expected to plead guilty.

The charges against Tejada, who currently plays for the Houston Astros, were outlined in documents filed in Washington federal court on Tuesday.

The documents indicate that a plea agreement has been reached with Tejada.

Messages left for his lawyer, Mark Tuohey, were not immediately returned.

The documents were filed a day after superstar Alex Rodriguez admitted to past use of performance-enhancing drugs.

The more that come out, the easier it will be for others to tell the truth. I hope this is the start of a clearing of the decks of how bad it was.

If 100's of guys come out and say, I did steriods from yrs x to x, at some point no one will care, chalk it up to the prevailing environment and HOF numbers can be revised for the times ... at which point, guys that should get in based on their downwardly revised numbers still can and should get in.

And the players that didn't cheat. How do you upwardly revise their #'s based on playing against an army of juicers ?

They are still cheating now, with drugs only traceable via blood tests.

It's all a damn Gladiator arean to suck in fans to watch TV commercials anyway. It means nothing, and the day after the World Series parade...nobody cares who won, and it's all about NEXT year...a never ending bordom killer to make millions and keep America dumbed down.

Why would anyone tell the truth in court?

Do they EVER come down hard on people caught lying?

Ever???
