Anybody want to take over for "God Loves You"?
Baseball is a slow, boring, complex, cerebral game that doesn't lend itself to histrionics. You 'take in' a baseball game, something odd to say about a football or basketball game, with the clock running and the bodies flying.

I will take over if that's ok with you guys. If so I will take I. Suzuki.

Andruw Jones...
I don't know if this is just me, but I find this type of draft hard to keep track of. I had to edit my pick twice because previous picks had taken who I thought was available!

Looks like we have to wait for Mathis to return on Sunday - let's pick it up and remember to PM the guy after you!

I am not participating in any baseball leagues this year, but thought I would help with the mock draft.
I am going to be a draft facilitator in Tampa so I will be with all of you drafting in Florida. Come and say hello, especially all of the NFFC members.

I select Jose Reyes.
Bjoak is up and Chris Capuano is still on the table!

2-13 Juan Pierre
Apparently taking a 20th round pitcher who would go on to get 176 K's and 18 wins was a bad pick. Okay, with that kind of logic I can't argue anymore. I guess I did draft poorly.

Chance favors the prepared mind.

Nevadaman, I think Peavy was previously selected at 1-14. Refer to Page 2 for the complete history in one post...
