Prospective Tampa owners

I have a condo on the ocean about 150 miles from Tampa. If you are catching crap from the little lady about needing a family vacation instead of the NFBC why not combine the 2.



The condo goes unused during Monday through Thursday time periods anyway. I would charge you a couple of hundred bucks combined for the weekend to keep my other 2 partners in it happy. You can clean it yourself or pay a cleaning fee. So far we have had zero problems with the one rule of leave it as good or better than you found it.



My thought is maybe take the family down the week before- get a chance to work on your final lists. Make a drive over to Tampa for the day/night.



I will say in advance we do not have a phone line in the condo- so you would not have access to the net while you are there. We are admanant about not putting one in (it is a vacation house), so wanted to let you know that in advance.



I am obviously not going to get rich by renting this thing out for a week for a couple of hundred dollars but if it helps someone get to go to the event that is a good thing, if it helps someone get an extra family vacation that is a great thing. If you are real nice and agree to talk baseball with me the whole way- I may even stop by and pick you up on my way to Tampa it would be about 10 minutes out of my way.



It sleeps 6 comfortably 3 bedroom 2 bath- up to 9 not so comfortably (with airbeds and pull out sofas). You would be best served flying in to and out of Orlando.
