Jeff Erickson Of RotoWire Will Be Our Guest For A Chat On Thursday
We're happy to announce that our first guest to host a chat on the NFBC boards will be Jeff Erickson of RotoWire.com. We've known Jeff for quite awhile and he's definitely one of the brightest fantasy baseball minds around. If you want to submit some questions ahead of time for Jeff to answer post them here and I'll make sure they get to him.
The chat will be this Thursday at 3 p.m. ET.

Who is the Carpenter and Willis of this year? The guy drafted between round 10 and 15 who pitches like a number one?
Who is the Brett Myers or Lackey- guy drafted round 25 or after who pitches like a #2?
Maybe top 3 candidates for each question?

Jeff, your fantasy show on XM radio airs at 11:00 am central Monday thru Friday. Why does XM not replay your show, or if it does when do they? There are alot of shows rerun on weekends and this would be a great time for those of us who work during the week to get caught up on the fantasy world.
Your thoughts?

Will Brian Roberts be healthy for opening day?
Could you please list those players who look to start the year on the DL and for how long?

I'll be on Jeff's XM Satellite Radio show tomorrow if anyone is bored at work. I think I'm on at 11 a.m. CST if anyone cares. Call in as he wants me to talk about the Brewers, but I'd rather stump the NFBC!!

Huh, right after I wrote that I got a PM from Jeff telling me we were bumped to Friday. There, now you have an extra day to prepare your call-in questions. Gekko, get them ready!

Type of guy I am - I *wait* until Greg does the promo...
Good start on the questions folks - I'll get Tom a list of answers by the end of the night.
I can answer the XM question, however, now. Basically, that's been our most frequent request - to have the show replayed later or on the weekends. Unfortunately, like Mongo, I'm just a pawn in the game of life, so while they've said they'd like to do it at sometime, I'm not sure when it'll happen. Keep writing to XM, the more they hear from listeners, the more likely they are to accomodate your wishes there.

What kind of effect will the testing for amphetamines have on players this year? I have read some places that the effect will be more dramatic than steroid testing had. I know some guys always use them. Is there anyone in particular you may have "concerns" about? Damon? Tejada? Clemens?

His arms were not what I would call normal. He is a guy I wonder about too.
Anyone who has ever seen Sosa in street clothes/up close. Between the way he looks and the body acne should have absolutely no doubt.
