Manny Ramirez has filed for reinstatement from Major League Baseball's voluntary retired list. He'll be eligible to play in 2012 but will first have to serve a 50-game suspension for a second positive PED test.

Market for Manny. Maybe AL team in need of a DH and trying to fill seats. NL team not a chance.
My only question/issue is when did the 2nd failed test become a suspension you can appeal and plead down? Long story short thats what seemed to happen.
