The 375 has not started via email yet, nor have I recieved any emails from any of the other guys yet that we are going to.
Hopefully Greg will pull the legal rabit out of his hat and we can just get rolling so we don't have to discuss this any further!

After talking to one of my buddies in the 375 league on the phone tonight, I think I can wait until next week to get this party started... The Hot Stove just has us all STEAMING ready to go!
I will wait, but you guys need to leave me Tulo or Braun at #10 and we will be cool. Thanks :o

I wonder who will be there at 12? Living here in Florida, these dang Miami Marlins got me ready for baseball. They sure are spending some money.Good luck with all this legal stuff Greg and co. looking forward to getting these off the ground.Good luck to all in the league as my pick managed to get sandwiched between KJ and Mike, dont see these 2(or anybody else) missing any players.

Yeah, we're just as excited to get everything started here. Sorry for the delay. I'll explain all when I can, but everything is on pace to get things moving in the next week or so and then we'll be good to go. It's a shame we've had to even deal with this, but it happens. Enjoy the baseball winter meetings for now and get ready for a fun drafting season hopefully starting next week.

What is the legal issue?
I understand, but we have to work through this issue first. It involves which state residents are allowed to play in the NFBC after one state contacted us asking us to disallow their residents from playing. As you can imagine, this is something we have to look at seriously and explore it thoroughly. Had this not happened, we were ready to roll sooner. Now give our legal department time to sift through this and get the final rules posted for all to see and most to join. I think we can get rolling middle of next week if all goes well.
If it's a prerogative to start all the drafts at the same time, it's one thing.

If not, then there are probably some leagues who don't have owners that are subject to that particular state's jurisdiction.

And if not, those owners from the objecting state, can certainly play using a proxy in another state. Proxies are set-up all the time to circumvent local impediments.

Good luck, hopefully you'll find a way around it soon.

Greg -- Antonio Abruzzese should be in the $375 league, not the $1000 as per my previous post.

Thanks.

Hey Greg,
Did you get my earlier private message about the Friday night Super in NJ and getting it listed here on the boards? Would love to get that going on the forum so that we can starting publicly promoting it as well. Thanks. -MTM
