NAME CHANGE TO SEMI NATIONALCHAMPIONSHIP

With only 44 states allowed to compete you can't really use National Championship. Semi seems good. Or almost national championship. Or even use to be National Championship. I'd like to know which state the NFBC had to deal with that changed thier policy?
