Re: Draft Order For $150 Slow Draft League 7
Greg,
It appears that the KDS have been working out pretty well for the early slow drafts, with most getting good average scores. Is this pretty common from year to year - with average KDS scores going up as we get closer to the season? Perhaps in the winter there are more divergent views of the player pools and the relative strengths of each draft position but that more common thinking emerges as we get closer to the season, making each person's KDS rankings more similar (and driving up scores).
Just curious.

Re: Draft Order For $150 Slow Draft League 7
It's obvious that if SEVEN people got their first preferences that the divergent views of where to draft are prominent right now. I don't know if that will hold up for the live drafts or not, but right now everyone wants to draft somewhere else. It's amazing. And the randomness is falling right so that folks are getting their top picks. If you look at this league above, without giving too much info away, the top preferences received were: 1, 2, 6, 7, 8, 11 and 15. Everything from top to bottom to inbetween was desired by these 15 owners. Will that continue into March? I don't know, but I like it now.whipsaw wrote:Greg,

In the NFFC this year, KDS held up all year but there we have Third Round Reversal. With just straight serpentine, I've never seen KDS work as well as it is for us right now. It's great and honestly I think everyone should use KDS, even in your home leagues. Why not give owners a spot they want and some say in where they draft? More people are happy this way and in return Tom and I are happy, too.
