I can tell you now that it's Ben Sheets. I was hoping I'd only have 15 people watching, btw. Haven't we discussed this before? Let's not get in the habit of railing each other about early draft picks on these boards.

Brian/Chest, I must say that I do enjoy your war of words. One of the best out there on either the NFBC or NFFC boards.

As REO Speedwagon once sang, keep the fire burning.

As REO Speedwagon once sang, keep the fire burning. King- glad you like it. I try to give a few of you a good laugh. I hate to dissapoint but I am pretty sure Brian is a good guy and we would be able to drink a beer without it turning to fist a cuffs. One thing I like about it is it never turns personal- unless you consider me calling him a moron personal. The moron is simply in terms of baseball.

I also can think of a REO speedwagon song for Gordon and himself. Keep on Loving you...

Unfortunately I cannot make fun of him for his picks in this league until March 20th but I will have something to say I guarantee that.

It sounds like several of you know each other on this board. Who is the early favorite to win this league?

I don't know who the early favorite is Steve but one of the things you'll find with our NFBC events is that we have a lot of folks who have been with us from the beginning or joined up last year and are back for another year. What's more, a lot of them take part in our football event (the NFFC) as well. So essentially what we're growing here is not just two great -- in my humble opinion -- fantasy events, but a community of some of the best fantasy owners in the country.

For me personally one of the best parts of this job is being there on Friday and Saturday during our auctions and drafts and seeing some of the same people again and seeing those guys interact with folks they met the year before and/or have chatted with here in our forums. I'm sure it's even wilder for Greg in Vegas since that is where the heaviest concentration of our NFBC participants have gone (though I do note -- and with pride since I was running that city -- that NY topped the list for the NFFC in 2005).

We've gotten to know a lot of the folks here in the last two years and it's been a lot of fun, no doubt about it.

This league does look like a lot of fun. I think it will be fun helping with the draft in Chicago as well. Maybe next year I can get in the live draft, or better yet, win a spot in the draft next year.
