I was picking 4th right after him and nearly soiled myself when I saw Granderson pop up #3 overall -- I went Kemp, would've gone Tulo had he gone Kemp instead.

How were you possibly Auto-Picked Granderson is my question? In order for him to be autopicked, he needed to be at the top of your predraft list or in your queue -- it's not like the system picks some random body to pick for you.

I wondered the same thing. i left the hotel hours earliar and left my laptop hooked up in the draft room. all i cna think is possibly i had granderson highlighted earliar and that is how i left, but i wondered the same thing. like i said i walked in the room, knew the draft had started looked at my screen and i had granderson. however it happened it was my fault for being late.

reported to camp in awesome shape and has a goal to make himself better.

another guy i like is Bronson arroyo- first time ever he didnt spend the off season playign music and isntead worked his tail off all winter to get in shape. stated he was embarrassed the past 2 years because he was lazy in the off season. 200 IP for him is a given if hes healthy and possibly some good numbers.

Shouldn't being in awesome shape and having the goal to get better be standard operating procedure for all athletes ?
