Okay Gentlemen and Ladies
I had a satellite league draft on Wednesday and was hoping one or more of you would be happy to rip my team apart or give it some praise. I value both. Here it is picking out of the 6 spot out of 15:
1. Ryan Braun...surprised he fell this far but had to take his repeat potential
2. Roy Halladay....fell to 25 and felt compelled to take him this late.
3. Zack Greinke...maybe a round early but like his chances.
4. Greg Kimbrel...wanted the king of all closers
5. Shin Soo Choo....gesundheit.......hoping he gets back on track
6. Buster Posey....its nice to have a catcher you can depend on
7. Paul Konerko....maybe his last year but hoping he ropes.
8. J.J. Hardy... probably not 30 again but hoping for 25 jacks.
9. Jason Werth....less stress this year. hoping he relaxes
10. Sergio Santos...needed a second closer with whiffs
11. Yadier Molina....just repeat baby.
12. Neil Walker...needed a 2b and he hits 4th
13.Matt Thornton....hoping he keeps the job all year
14. Melky Cabrera...yeah, i know he has no chance of repeating but still hoping for close
15. Aaron Hill....more comfortable in Arizona now hopefully
16. Tim Hudson.....really hoping he comes back before May.
17.Bryce Harper...hypersleep until who knows when.
18. Brett Morel....needed a 3b with potential
19. Mark Buehrle...new league, new team, bigger park...
20. J.D. Martinez....build on last years success
21.A.J. Burnett....give up bunting and revitalize yourself in the NL
22. Jeff Samarjdzjazjzia....however he spells it, looking good in spring
23. Lance Lynn....just looking for steady.
24. Jordan Pacheco...hoping he breaks out now that Blake is out of picture
25. Johnny Damon...probably a stretch
26. Dustin Moseley...hoping for all starts in petco
27. Andres Torres....ehhhh
28. Travis Hafner....double ehhhhh
29. Ian Stewart....stuck on ehhhhh
30. Francisco Rodriguez... needed steady until Hudson or Burnett arrives.
Thanks for any imput.

Re: draft critique
I liked some picks and disliked others. Tough to evaluate well without seeing who was available at the time you made your picks. That being said, I'm not sure where your SBs are going to come from, and you may be weak on all or most hitting categories. Also, I'm not a personal fan of going so heavy on pitching early (your 2nd, 3rd and 4th picks). I think Halladay may be good value at 25, although I never go pitching in the first two rounds. Having gone for Halladay, Greinke in the first part of the 3rd round was too soon, in my opinion. However, if you decide to go for stud SPs in Rounds 2 and 3, I think it is very tough to justify taking Kimbrel (or any RP) in Round 4. The trade-off is too high when you only are getting your second hitter in Round 5. I hope I'm wrong and wish you luck in your league. Sorry if this is too negative; just calling it as I see it.
