High Priority Need: Date Added to Free Agent Pool

Please, please, please find a way to make this happen. We had it 2 years ago and it makes sorting through the FAAB pool exponentially easier. Please.

You mean the date and time when they get added to the free agent pool? I'll ask.

I'm referring to adding a sort column for the date that the player is added to the FAAB pool. With this, you can easily determine each week which new players have been added to the pool that were not there the week before. So, any new callups will appear at the top of the sort column when you sort by FAAB added date. Saves the trouble of going through the entire list each week to find the new players. We had this function a few years ago.

Gotcha. That would be useful so you know can quick research the new guys added.

I think it's a Great idea. If it can't be added to the software, possibly the NFBC has a Sunday morning post listing all players added to the pools the previous week.

The difficulty is that the list would be different for every league because some players (Nolan Arenado for example) were drafted and won't become "eligible" for FA until they are dropped. In other leagues, Arenado may not have been drafted and will become eligible when he his called up. I can't remember how this was dealt with previously.

This is true, but the list would be very short each week and would provide a starting point for further research and evaluation.

Guys, we have the info already on your team pages by date (not by time, though). Go to TRANSACTIONS and pull down to Recent Activations. That should be what you are looking for. Let me know if this helps for each of your teams. Good luck.
