I'd drop him too. He won't do you any good in the minors.

Well, I only have $15 left for my OC team, so right now I can only spend about $1 a every other week. The problem was I really had to go after Infante as I had Ellsbury on this team. My XII team I have $128 remaining, so I'm feeling a little better there...

Good thing Braun wasn't dropped in your league. I don't think $128 would cut it.

It will take over 1640 to grab him, this years 640 and your entire 2013 budget (1000)

. Good luck sorting that one out tomorrow Greg!!!

Fail.
You wanted him. You got him. Only $37. I'd say that is the complete opposite of fail.

My first thought was collusion. How else do you explain it?

It has to be a typing error. Possibly cocktail induced. Never the less the NFBC will step in here. Carl Crawford was dropped as well. Both of these should be addressed.

Seriously, how would that ever get through waivers and be collusive? Everybody and their mama knows this was a mistake, or insanity.
I've now been playing high stakes fantasy sports in both football and baseball for about nine years. I've heard this word "collusion" thrown about every so often, and never once have I seen it being legitimate, or even anything to it.
So can we please stop using it until there is actually a grain of credibility to it?

1 - Hasn't it already got "through waivers"?
2 - This isnt a credible scenario? Two guys who know each other sign up for the same XII. One doesn't use FAAB until the other owners have all used some FAAB. The following week, one of them drops his first round pick, knowing his buddy with the most available FAAB can grab him. Now, in a contest with not many teams and a big carrot for the winner, one squad has two first round picks.

My "fat fingers" accidentally put Luis Mendoza in my lineup last week. If that could be rectified as well, it would be greatly appreciated.

The beauty of the NFBC. Great national events but run like a local league. No chance the commissioner allows a player of that caliber to be available via free agency. Players in the past have been pulled. Braun will be no exception.

You can't spell Ryan Raburn without spelling Ryan R Braun.

Answer 1 - No, it hasn't. Gotten through waivers means through Greg and Tom.
Answer 2 - No, it isn't. We can all specualte these things but in all my years it has never happened.

I already did when I spent $7 bucks on him in the Auction Championship! Doooooh!

Baseball is a slow, boring, complex, cerebral game that doesn't lend itself to histrionics. You 'take in' a baseball game, something odd to say about a football or basketball game, with the clock running and the bodies flying.

My bad - I assumed since the list was posted by Tom Kessenich, that it had gotten through Tom.

Looking up!
