FAAB for Week 6!

Post by ChiScottieBaseball » Sun May 06, 2012 2:29 pm

How much does Robertson go for if he's still in your league? Or how about the new Cubs Closer?

Post your thoughts here...

It sounds like the Yankees are leaning towards David Robertson over Rafael Soriano as their closer although I've heard no announcements as such. Either one will go for big bucks if available in the free agent pool. Robertson could be $500+. Soriano - $250+. Pretty much any warm body that shows potential signs of saves seems to be going for triple digits these days.

in one league you could have bid $526 dollars on Johnny Damon

...and you would have lost

$2??? For a leadoff hitter? I know he's 54 years old and all, but still.....

Yeah, that was our league. I actually missed bidding on him entirely, thinking he was already owned. Tough week - got crushed on my Jarrod Dyson bid, as well as almost all my other hitter bids - think I got my seventh contingency.
