Kick to the Stones for Marshall owners, but Chapman is the better choice.
I am a Marshall Owner...

He should be in the rotation, but Cincy doesn't look like they are wanting to fix their Leake.

Update: The Reds will use a closer committee for the near term, with Aroldis Chapman being the primary guy when available, the Cincinnati Enquirer reports.

Recommendation: The move was precipitated by another rough outing for Marshall on Saturday against the Yankees. Chapman will have some restrictions on his availability, however, and when that happens Marshall will be part of the picture, as will Logan Ondrusek and Jose Arredondo. Chapman is not available to pitch Sunday.

By golly, but he was available enough to close out the game today...

Thank Dusty for that one. Here was the quote before the game:

"I don't know," manager Dusty Baker said. "It depends. If it's predominantly left-handed, it will be Marshall. I've got to stay away from Chapman. He's gone three out of four days. (Jose) Arredondo is four of five. It depends on where we are in their lineup."

Eh, managers lie sometimes.

Since when does Baker concern himself with protecting his pitchers' arms. He tried to talk himself into it, but it was against his nature.

True enough - great intentions go by the boards when comes time to win the game in question with most managers, let alone Dusty.

Another fine upstanding community memeber, let alone positive influence for kids - NOT!!!!!!!!!

93 mph and driving with a suspended license.

Also this: and Federal Law suits are not to be taken lightly...

Aroldis Chapman is being sued for 18 million dollars. The lawsuit accuses the Reds relief pitcher of conspiracy to detain and torture the plaintiff.

The fireballing left-handed relief pitcher is being sued for $18 million under the federal Alien Tort Claims Act and an anti-torture law.
The suit, filed Friday in federal court in Miami, alleges that when Chapman was back in Cuba, he and his father worked with Cuban security forces and helped organize the arrest, imprisonment, and torture of another Cuban who lives in Florida. Chapman’s alleged motive for cooperating: to be restored to the Cuban national team after a defection attempt. The suit charges that Chapman met with Cuban president Raul Castro to win quick reinstatement to the Cuban team and they concocted the plan that resulted in the arrest of the Florida man on a visit to Cuba in 2009.

Our own John Fay reports that the Reds would not comment about the matter.

Only 93? That's like a change-up.
