Week 11 Injuries

Might as well start a thread on this...Morrow is already out after 9 pitches and 1 batter. Not sure yet what the injury is...luckily I don't have him in any leagues.

Sounds like Brett Gardner might be looking at elbow surgery from the Yes network. As for Crawford, doubtful he does'nt have setbacks too and elbow surgery. Wasted picks this year abound for all of us. As the old saying goes, Who Knew...

This entire season, my pride has been injured. Does that count?
Baseball is a slow, boring, complex, cerebral game that doesn't lend itself to histrionics. You 'take in' a baseball game, something odd to say about a football or basketball game, with the clock running and the bodies flying.

Brandon McCarthy has been scratched from his scheduled Wednesday start due to shoulder soreness. :evil:

add another one to the mix. how can people compete with all these injuries :?

Kyle Drabek (elbow) felt a popping sensation in the back of his right elbow and will have further tests.

The Boston Red Sox don't think SP Josh Beckett's (shoulder) injury is very serious, but he will go for additional tests as a precaution. It's his second time being scratched from a start this year.

Interp: it's serious....

Drew Hutchison said that he heard a "pop" in his elbow -out and on the same plane as to Dr. Andrews as Drabak
