KROD

I'm feeling real bad for all of those K-Rod Save Vultures this week. All of that money and all of those earned runs. Damn.

MIL proved there is one bullpen worse than my Phillies in the league. How awful they were? On a bright note. axford looks to have his mojo back.

Andy, don't sell that Mets bullpen to short! ;)

Shame on Roenicke for making a move just for the sake of making a move. I don't care how many games This season Axford was charged with losing and/or blowing he still, by far, was the best option. KROD and his total lack of control didn't deserve the shot at closing games. Maybevthey were showcasing him and trying to sell him as a closer to pump up his value.
Having bullpen guys in the wrong role cost Greinke a well deserved W last night and it was sweet justice to watch the Phillies club the Brewers " closer " today in the ninth. Maybe they can try Jose Veres next. ;)

Three of the thirty-two major league closers are Franciscos. They all suck.

ha! i dont feel bad for any of them. We have all had our major issues this year and if these people thought that throwing down big on Krod or Coco Cordero was a good idea then they got what they deserved. I'm sure like myself there are players out there that have had quite enough of closers and are in delight every time a big name guy gets hammered. So I say bring on the closer pain...Light Em All Up!

Milwaukee got two innings of scoreless ball from Livan Hernandez yesterday...maybe they need to move him to the back end of the pen by default!
