Compete Against Greg Ambrosius In Friday's Fanduel Contest

Post by Greg Ambrosius » Wed Aug 01, 2012 1:34 pm

Okay, I'm back to being the rabbit in this weekly NFBC/Fanduel contest and now the stakes are a little higher. We have upped the entry fee to $25 per team in this Friday's contest and taking only 24 teams. Heck, we could fill this one up with all NFBC owners now that the $100,000 Friday night contest is complete. C'mon, who wants to win $500 in prize money AND beat me for your $25 back?? It's easy.

Here's the link for this week's contest:

Sign up now. Hopefully these 24 spots sell out fast. Should be fun again. Catch me if you can!!!

What the hell....should be amusing
People ask me what I do in winter when there's no baseball. I'll tell you what I do. I stare out the window and wait for spring.

Greg, I placed first yesterday, finally! Couldn't come at a better time for a nice bday present as its my bday this Monday. Thanks!

Happy Birthday! Where have you been? I have been missing your highly technical FAAB analysis the last few weeks.

Lol, thanks John P. I've been around still setting my baseball lineups each and every week I don't give up. But, to be honest, my teams aren't looking so hot right now so gearing up for football season, albeit smaller drafts this year because of my work situation.

Was on the field literally...Reds did military appreciation day. My boss tossed first pitch. Got to be down behind the plate for the pregame fun. Heisey hit an ITP HR (kid has some wheels) and Latos drilled a line drive just over left center field wall. Chapman hit McCutchen with a 102 mph fastball...that'll leave a mark. Box seats next to Charlie and Martin Sheen who signed a baseball for me. Surprisingly down to earth and rabid baseball fans.

Nice story Dan!!! The Reds picked the right leaders to honor that day and glad you were part of it. Sitting next to Charlie and Martin Sheen must have been a hoot. Great stuff.
