All right, the countdown to the last 24 hours to sign up for the National Fantasy Baseball Championship has officially arrived and three teams just beat the wire and are guaranteed spots in next Saturday's draft. There are only a few guaranteed spots left before we close out the signing period.
Making it in before the deadline was Michael Warren of New Jersey, who will draft in the NFBC at the Javits Center. Welcome to the NFBC family, Michael, and best of luck in the hunt for the $100,000 grand prize.
Also making it under the wire was Edward Mick of Illinois, who will be drafting at the Rosemont Convention Center next weekend. Welcome aboard Edward and good luck in the battle for the $5,000 league prize and the $100,000 grand prize.
And closing out our day before the final day of signups was Brandt Goldsmith of New York City, who also will be drafting at the Javits Center. Welcome to the NFBC family, Brandt, and best of luck as you compete for the $100,000 grand prize.
We will take signups all day Sunday and assign everyone to leagues on Monday. We need to assess the city-by-city numbers first to make everything work out, so bare with us on Monday as everything probably won't be sorted out before noon. Let's see what tomorrow brings first.
The sooner you sign up, the better chance you have of getting in a league. Right now the odds of each person winning the $100,000 grand prize is 1:180 as we definitely have 12 full leagues and we're looking for more. Keep 'em coming guys as all of the prize money is now guaranteed!!!

You're going to take your clothes off Monday as you work through the league assignments?

Here we go with another Chicago signup coming online just before the deadline. George Kleemann of Palantine, IL has a guaranteed spot at the NFBC draft at the Rosemont Convention Center on Saturday, March 20. Welcome to the unique and talented NFBC family, George, and best of luck in the hunt for the $5,000 league prize and $100,000 grand prize.
Today is your last chance to get in and we're taking applications for all three cities until midnight tonight. We'll find a way to make it work and get you in a full 15-team league against the best competition in the fantasy baseball industry. But sign up now or risk being left out.
