according to the NFBC ADP report, Kazmir is the 208th SP being taken on average in the 45th round. i would venture to say if you wanted him NOW, a good place would be the early 30's. IF his comeback is REAL, he will be going in the teens come the end of March.

And all this idiocy coming from a guy who won't be drafting anyone in the teens come late March, let alone Kazmir. That would mean that he would have to be drafting against top competition in the live, high stakes events, which we all know, aint happening. I've got 60 starting pitchers on my ratios-are-too-bad to draft list. Kazmir's four wonderful spring innings has moved him closer to making that list ... but for now he's still in the tier "not-even-worth-putting-on-the-too-bad-to-draft list".

I count 3 years where he was below a 3.00 ERA. And 2 years with a WHIP below 1.20. Now, he retired in 1995 and hasn't pitched for a while, but that means his arm has had plenty of rest. I would grab this guy without hesitation, as a late round gamble!
