it's funny that your pic showed Davey w/ Pete, not sure if it's true, but I once heard a story that Pete jr asked his Dad what he did to get out of a slump and Pete said I don't know..never been in one, go ask Concepcion

Clemente began his career wearing 13. I doubt if there are any pictures of it.

I met someone who played with Pete Rose when he was in the minors. He was a jerk even then. High spiker, etc. He bragged he would be the first player to make $100k hitting singles. Of course, he backed it up.

Robbie Alomar's certainly a deserving #12 Wayne. However if we're going to utilize him today, we may as well use a picture of him on the team he's most proud of being a part of during his HOF career.....

Of course, the most intriguing #12 to me in baseball history can be one player and one player only....

.....the immortal Kate Upton of course.

And in a bonus pic of Upton in one of her other uniforms of choice that hopefully will help ease the pain (and nausea) of that picture of Pete Rose from the other day that still haunts both this thread and our nightmares.....
