Those top three in the League 3 make an interesting sandwich there at the top (although maybe I shouldn't have used the word 'sandwich' just in case Lord Zola might be tempted to snack on one of his fellow competitors  :P ).

So what's the verdict? Weigh in on the draws. Where do you see the toughest and softest competition amongst these leagues.

And yes, yes, I know any league with me in it is already off the a great start towards easy money.

At least I will have the luxury of drafting from very comfortable draft positions having done about 20 drafts from similar draws since October. Be prepared boys, the MTM drafting experience is coming to a league near you in LV. The psycological game will be in full swing! Right now, somewhere out there in the remote wilds of Jerkwater, USA, a man sits in his barn stroking his prized sow and is breathing a sigh of relief at the bullet he just dodged today. ;)

You are too much Mike. Can't wait to meet you. Maybe we can round up a couple of Hong Kong chicks.

We're 3 for 3 being in Jupinka's league last 3 years, Thanks Greg :)
Don't thank or blame neither Tom nor I anymore. We have this set up now so that NO HUMAN HANDS touch any of this anymore. Blame the computer that randomly picks all of this, not us two goofy humans.
Oh yeah, I'm sure it's all the computer's fault. ;) Just so happens that the guy (next to Outlaw) most critical of Braun is drafting RIGHT NEXT TO THE DEFENDING CHAMP  oh and you also get another former $100K winner (Terry Haney) in your league too. How do ya like dem apples wise guy

A few wks ago when I entered this prestigious competition you warned the greatest singer/songwriter/fantasy sports player in America not to offer me any tips this yr. Now this -

8. David Anthony, Clayton, North Carolina
9. Dave Potts, Auburn, Alabama

I never would've imagined last yr when I met Dave that he would go on to win the 2012 Main Event and that I would be competing against him this yr. Crazy.

Oh and we competed against each other in last night's DC Express, so I already have an idea of what's in store for me...though I'm sure the Low Talker has some tricks up his sleeve.

I'll probably end up getting my ass handed to me, but I'm gonna have fun dammit, it is Vegas after all
Always be closing.

MTM:

Guess there aren't many "Hong Kong Chicks" in Greencreek, Idaho.

You are a smart man Mikey, I'd use that swarmy magic of yours to get Lindy those "Perks"
and he might share a pitcher or two or in your case NINE that may help you compete for once! ;)

Lindy, the feeling is very mutual. :D Had some fun corresponding with Gabe, and looking forward to meeting him as well. No worries, Fleming has us covered. A lot of cool stuff planned and he has you down for one of the Golden Tickets.

But I have no idea what you're talking about in reference to "Hong Kong chicks". ;) ;)

LMAO! He should be thankful that he will have the opportunity to ride the coattails of my entourage out there for those "perks" that you speak of, Sack. And just for the record, I do plan on drafting a pitcher or two at least while I'm out there. ;)

Sitting next to Cocktails & Dreams, not great for league standings, but hoping for some fantasy osmosis!

Baseball is a slow, boring, complex, cerebral game that doesn't lend itself to histrionics. You 'take in' a baseball game, something odd to say about a football or basketball game, with the clock running and the bodies flying.

See Wayne, you lucked out! Not only do you get to meet me for the first time out in Vegas, you get to draft in the same league with me as well! Not to mention, if you want to avoid the long lines at the table at the viewing party Thursday night, I can sign whatever you'd like at the draft instead.

It was quite a contest in the end between you and Rick Thomas last year Scott before you eventually won. Really well played. It should be another barn burner this year too (well, all except Mike! 8-) ) and I plan to be in the running!
