Who decides to put the "symbols" next to players?
Fernando Rodney goes 1 inn, gives up a walk, earned run (9 era), 2.00 whip, blown save (but does get the win luckily), and he has the HOT symbol next to his name! LOL

Maybe it means that Fernando Rodney was hot under the collar after blowing the save?
