I'm not sure how to take the "recent activation" page.
Phil Irwin is listed as activated today, yet he pitched yesterday.
Are we to assume that it will list as activated for our purposes and timelines (ie, free agent) and not for MLB?
That is, he may be activated for/by MLB, but has not yet appeared and therefore not activated for us?
And I understand the whole 7am/free agent/ Sunday issue.
Just wasn't sure it would carry over to this page
