Ineligible Player on My Roster???

In the March 8th, $250 satelite draft, I have drafted Chad Billingsley. At thie time, I was not aware of the 40 man roster rule. He was there to click in the box of drop down players to choose from. I would like to keep him, but I understand if I cannot. How would you like to proceed?
